A quiet, restorative 30-minute escape inside our heated sauna sanctuary. This session includes gentle red-light therapy paired with a guided meditation or a curated playlist chosen to support whatever you’re looking to reset, rebalance, or let go of today. Bring your own playlist if you prefer otherwise, we’ll provide one for you. Use this time to stretch, journal, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. A simple, grounding reset for your nervous system and your day. What to Bring: - Water - Towel - Device + headphones (optional) Notes: Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in.
