We begin with a live orientation where I walk you through how to use the program, set yourself up for success, and create simple daily habits that feel supportive—not demanding. Throughout the program, you’ll have access to live cooking classes focused on real-food meals, simple swaps, and practical ideas you can use in everyday life. Midway through the reset, you’ll complete a 10-day sugar-free reset to help reduce cravings, stabilize energy, and support inflammation—followed by a live check-in to help you reintroduce foods with confidence and clarity.
