Begin the year in a way your whole body will thank you for. New Year Release & Reset is a supportive, guided experience combining breathwork, meditation, yoga, cold plunge, sauna and sound healing. Halfway through, you’ll be served a warming, chef-prepared Nourish meal designed to ground your energy and bring you back into your body with intention. You’ll walk out feeling calm, connected and deeply reset from the inside out. Space is limited to keep the experience intimate.
