I used to be overweight and struggled with a lot of metabolic symptoms, I now know were not normal, even though I tolerated them all and thought they were.

I just accepted a life of living with all of these.

So, I researched, took nutritional classes, and became friends with naturopathic doctors! All to find out we can live a healthier and more well-feeling life if we eat well.
