Ease into the week with a guided meditation and gentle breathwork session designed to help you release stress, calm your nervous system, and feel grounded in your body.
This class is beginner-friendly and welcoming to all. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or just need an hour to yourself, this is a peaceful place to start.
We’ll be outside on the driving range surrounded by open sky and fresh air the perfect setting to slow down and reconnect.
Inside banquet room is the back up plan if it rains.
