Experience a 30-minute free-flow Ice Bath & Sauna session, followed by a post-plunge pizza and access to our Stretch & Strengthen Room and lounge to relax and connect. option to add extra guest to a max of 4 at a time - $30 each extra person - $20 each additional pizza Enjoy 30 minutes of contrast therapy in our hot and cold rooms, with an expert guide available for support and guidance. Place your pizza order with Chef Nina before class and choose to savour it in the lounge or take it home as you unwind.
