Gnocchi - Gluten Free


A gluten free version of our hand made and pillow soft gnochhi.  Chef Nina learned from the hands of her own Nonna to make this Italian classic

  • Ingredients

    Gluten free flour blend (Sweet White Rice Flour, Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch ,whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Xanthan Gum), olive oil, water, salt

    Frozen and pre boiled for your convenience, handmade gnocchi sold by the pound.

  • Cooking instructions

    Pull from freezer and thaw in the fridge. Heat oil in a pan over med high heat and sautée the gnocchi until golden brown. Serve with your favourite sauce. Done and delicious!
